Robert W. Dodds, CPA, Partner Emeritus

Robert W. Dodds received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in 1964. Bob was a founding partner of the firm Reich & Dodds, CPAs, established in 1968. The firm merged with German, Vreeland & Associates, LLP in 1980. At German, Vreeland & Associates, LLP Bob was the managing partner for over ten years.

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Bob has over forty years of diversified accounting experience.  He has worked with many closely held corporations and with the healthcare industry.

Bob lives in Mahwah, New Jersey.  He has two children. Bob is active in civic groups, having recently served as a director of the Ridgewood Rotary Club.

 Jeffrey M. German, MBA, CPA

Jeff has been in public accounting since 1971. A graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, he also has an MBA degree in accounting from Rutgers Business School in Newark, New Jersey. Licensed in New Jersey as a CPA since 1974, he was also a licensed Public School Accountant for many years.

Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).  Based on his commitment to the AICPA and the CPA profession, Jeff has been given a lifetime AICPA Honorary Membership.

At Rutgers he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for accredited business programs, and Pi Mu Epsilon, the national mathematics honor society.

Jeff started his accounting career with Price Waterhouse before joining German, Vreeland & Associates, LLP in 1976. 

Jeff's experience includes rendering audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to businesses, individuals, estates and nonprofit organizations. He has completed over 1,800 hours of continuing professional education to maintain and improve professional competence. Ongoing professional education insures a continuing high level of service to the public.

Jeff has taught classes in Federal Income Tax at a local evening adult school and New Jersey Income Tax to students at Seton Hall Law School.

Jeff and his wife Barbara live in Warren Township.  They have three children.

David A. Hulsizer, CPA

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner in German, Vreeland & Associates, LLP. He has been associated with the firm since July 1989. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts. 

Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He is licensed in the State of New Jersey.

Dave works with closely held businesses, their principals and the tax and estate planning matters associated with these entities. He is a member of the firm's quality control team and conducts in-house continuing professional education courses for the firm. 

Victor Maisano, CPA

A graduate of Rutgers University, Victor Maisano, CPA provides tax and accounting assistance to a diverse array of businesses and manufacturing companies.  He also has experience in performing audits of not-for-profit organizations.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Victor is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.  He is also a Past President of the Union County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kevin O'Connor, MBA, CPA

Kevin has been involved in public accounting since 1969. He has an M.B.A. in Accounting from Rutgers School of Business in Newark, NJ and an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Seton Hall University.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).  He is licensed in the State of New Jersey.

Kevin started his accounting career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before joining German, Vreeland & Associates in 1973.

Kevin's experience includes rendering audit, tax accounting and advisory services to businesses, litigation support individuals, estates and nonprofit organizations. He is currently an adjunct professor of accounting at Kean University since 1976 and previously taught at Seton Hall University and William Patterson College.

Kevin and his wife live in Summit, NJ.  They have two children.

 Rajesh Sethi, CA, CPA, MST

Raj has been associated with German, Vreeland since 2001, and was admitted as a partner in 2016.  He received his Masters of Taxation (MST) from Fairleigh Dickinson Universtiy and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay (India).  He is licensed in the State of New Jersey and is experienced in all phases of accounting, taxation and auditing.  Raj is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).

Raj is married and has two daughters.  He lives in Rockaway, New Jersey
